Rulers of the under world (beneath the earth).

Ye = Which Rudra
murtis; Ila brudah = granting food and other benefits to the pious
people; yavyudhah = Controlling the sinners; pathampathi akshayah =
protectors of worldly and vaidic life; Tesagam sahasra yojane = We
shall cause the strings loosened; vadhanvani tanmasi = We will make
them to deposit their bows thousand of yojanas far away from us.

miles apart.

miles away; avatanmasi = will be made to desert and deposit
them.

Let not the
innumerable Rudras who are incharge of the earth endanger us, let
them get satisfied with our worship and prayers and do not lift
their bow and arrows against us. We are keeping away their bows very
far away from us. We are keeping away their bows very far away from
us. In the vast visible oceans and in the skies and in the higher
reaches the Rudras who are incharge of them let their bows be with
out strings and are being dropped to thousands miles away.
Oh! Lord Nilagriva!
By swallowing Kala Kuta (the deadly poison) of the snake your
frontal neck region at the oesophagus has become black. Before that,
it is white only. The Rudras who are incharge of the under world
(patala loka) their bows are also being farther away and also Rudras
in charge of Celestial world and Rudras in the trees with the
reddish colour.
Rudras incharge of
bala ganadhi bhutapatis and without hair tufts, and other with
elongated tufts and also their bows are driven far away.
Those Rudra Murtis
who secretly harbour in Anna (food) and responsible for different
diseases through food and creating sufferance due to hatred and
present in the drinking milk and water, making the people specially
suffer we are throwing their bows far away.
We are also throwing
the bows of Rudras who are granting food to the pious people and
controlling the sinners, and protecting the worldly and as well
vaidic paths of life.
We are also throwing
the bows of Rudras who hold the weapon “Sruka” and possessing swords
in their hands protecting the sacred waters of ganga and other
rivers and patrolling them. Not only them all the innumerable Rudras
who are spread in all directions. Salutations to those Rudras who
reside in Bhuloka (earthly plane) and who are incharge of food and
awarding sufferance, with our ten fingers with folded hands to the
east, to the South, to the West and north to upwards, downwards. Let
all these Rudras make us happy. We are prostrating you with mind
word and Rudras make us happy. We are prostrating you with mind word
and deed. (Trikarana Suddhi) Ye! Rudra swallow all my enemies who
are sinners and hate us. Let them be completely destroyed by
you.

In this Anuvaka the
mantras one to four ensures capability to direct back any evil
prayogas, disastrous applications on to ones own self and the nineth
and tenth mantras blesses son, and the pleasure visiting the pious
sacred places. The eleventh mantra in this eleventh Anuvaka ensures
longevity, recollection of his ancestry, heritage and the knowledge
of future.

Confers plentiful grace on his men;
urvaruka = like a ripened cucumber; bandhanat = from its stalk;
Mrutyoh mrukshiya = Implores to get released from death; Amrutat =
Do not deprive from immortality.
The one with divine
fragrance and grace, making me worthy of plenty, the three eyed
Rudra, who releases me from death like cucumber gets rids off from
its Stalk and assures me of immortality. To him I offer my
salutations.

Agnou yo apsuya osadhisu
Yo Rudro Visva bhuvana Vivesha tasmai
Rudraya Namo Astu ||
Yo Rudrah = That
Rudra; Yo Agnou = Who present in Fire; Apsu = In the waters;
Osadhisu = In the medicinal herbs; Yo Visva = In the entire
Universe; Bhuvana vivesha = In all the worlds; Tasmai Rudra = To
that all pervading Ruda; Namo Astu = Let my Salutations reach
him.
To that great Rudra
who is present and pervades in fire, waters and in the entire
foliage and in all the fourteen worlds salutations to him.

sttuhi yah svisu sudhanva yo vishvaya kshayati bhesajasya

Yah = Who has; svisu = A shaft; sudhanva = A
very good bow; yah = he who; Visvasya = The origin and source of all; Bhesajasya kshamati
= The fountain source of all medicines; Tamvu = Him alone; Stuti =
praises; Mahe sowmanaya =
To obtain his favours and well wishes; Adharam
= The omnipotent; Devam Rudram =
The ever illuminating God Rudra; Yakshva mahe = We
will worship him; Namobhih = Salutations to him; Duvasya = All
Honour to him.
Let us adore, worship
and salute the God Rudra who holds bow and shafts and is the source
of all Vegetation and foliage and medicinal herbs, and how is the
respository of illumination and omnipotent.

hasto bhagavanayam me Bhagavattarah |
Ayam me Vishvabhesajo
yagam shivabhimarshanah ||
Ayam me = This mine; Hasto = Hand;
Bhagavan = Being lucky; Ayam me; Bhagavattarah = Very
lucky than other hands; Shivabhimarshanah = Due to the touch with
the linga of Rudra; Ayam me Vishvabhesajam = This hand is the cure
for all ailments.
My right hand is very
fortunate to get the contact with the image of Lord Shiva, When
compared to the hands of other persons. Definitely my hand is the
source of the ailments of all humans.

sahasram Ayutam pasha mrityo martyayahantave |
Tanyajnasya
mayaya sarvanava yajamahe ||
Ye te = Those;
Sahasram = Thousand; Ayutam = Ten thousand; pashah = nooses; Mrityo
= Death in the guide of Rudra; Matyaya hantave = for the
annihilation of all physical beings; Tanyajnasya mayaya = By all of
them through internal and external worship; Avayajamahe = We will be
liberated.
Rudra takes thousands
forms in the guide of death and annihilate all living beings, we
will get our selves liberated from his cluches by our internal and
external worship of him.

Svaha Mrityave Svaha ||
I offer the precious food in sacrifice to Rudra
the destroyer. The votary of annihilation.
