I actually begin this subject, I want to add few lines for “the closed
mind which is incapable of expansion and reception of truth an which
functions within the prejudiced frame work” I mean those people who
condemn astrology without having studied the subject. The have done a
great dis-service to the cause o science by indulging in malicious
propaganda. I am a doctor myself and I have studied the subject in all its
aspects and vouchsafe the truth in it. Dr.
Sampurnanand has rightly remarked in his recent address to the Association
of Scientific workers, that those who do not accept the truth of what the
astrologer designates as facts, have, no right to ask him to explain them
in scientific terms. All the great men of past and pres en have held this
ancient science in great esteem. Planets do not show sympathy to anyone.
They give good or bad results according to their transits. Even Sri Rama
and Sri Krishna were not spared. The divine God when incarnates as human
being, voluntarily offers himself to be affected by the transit of
planets. A glance on the horoscope of Sri Rama and Sri Krishna will
explain to you all about the myth in their lives and also the nature of
their final exit from this planet (Earth). Now,
as I have already said the gochera movements of the planets is very
important. They exert great influence in the day-to-day life of the
individuals. The readers I believe know that the gochara phala depends
mainly on the position of Radical Moon in the native's chart. Generally
speaking this is referred to as "Rasi" by the common
people. While
considering the results we should take into account of the movements of
all the planets for accuracy. It is common with some astrologers to depend
merely on. the transit of Saturn and Jupiter. But as a rule all the other
planets also should be considered before giving out the results of
transit. The two nodes of the Moon, Rahu and Kethu are as important as any
other planet. The planets give good or bad results according to
